Structured for spoken navigation
Pages use one main content landmark, meaningful headings, labeled navigation, descriptive links, and text labels for controls.
CantriceCourt.org is designed so owners can read and navigate the site with screen readers, keyboards, zoom, enlarged text, and other assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public website. The site uses semantic landmarks and headings, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, screen-reader-friendly navigation, responsive reflow, high-contrast text, large touch targets, and reduced-motion support.
Pages use one main content landmark, meaningful headings, labeled navigation, descriptive links, and text labels for controls.
Interactive controls can be reached with the keyboard. The first keyboard-focusable link on each page skips directly to the main content.
The layout is designed to reflow on narrow screens and at high browser zoom without forcing a desktop-width page. Text can be enlarged using your browser or device settings.
The site does not depend on animation to communicate information and respects the device setting for reduced motion.
Many source records on this site originated as Association, court, insurance, or owner documents. Some third-party PDFs may not contain complete tagging or reading order for every assistive technology.
If a source document is difficult to use, we will provide the information in an accessible alternative format when reasonably possible. Email owner@cantricecourt.org and identify the document or page you need.
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us the page or document, the problem you encountered, and—if you wish—the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will review accessibility reports promptly.
