Privacy Policy
How this independent owner-maintained website handles information submitted by visitors and verified owners.
We collect as little information as reasonably necessary to operate the site.
The public website does not use advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The site does not sell personal information. Information is used for site administration, owner verification, submissions, corrections, accessibility requests, and security.
Information you choose to send
If you email owner@cantricecourt.org, request access, submit a correction, or send documents, the information you include may contain your name, email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. That information is reviewed only for the purpose for which it was sent and related site administration.
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank-account information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to the issue and you have first identified it for redaction review.
Verified Owner Portal
The private owner portal uses email-address verification to limit access to current Cantrice Court owners. The public website does not display the owner-email list. Cloudflare Access may process the email address used for authentication, one-time-code events, network/security information, and related technical data as part of providing the access-control service. Cloudflare's independent processing is governed by its own policies and service terms.
No portal password is created or stored by this website.
Browser storage, cookies and tracking
The public site code stores one local browser preference named cantricecourt-view-mode when a visitor chooses Auto, Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile view. It is used only to remember that layout preference on the visitor's device.
The public site does not contain Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral-tracking scripts. Hosting, security, email, or owner-portal providers may create ordinary server/security logs or use service cookies as part of their own infrastructure.
Publication and redaction
Materials sent to the site are not posted automatically. Before publication, submissions may be reviewed for relevance, authenticity, privacy, duplication, copyright, and factual support. Personal addresses, telephone numbers, account numbers, signatures, owner-email lists, and similar private information may be redacted when they are not necessary to understand the record.
Source records may sometimes contain contact information that is material to the communication or already publicly distributed. The site nevertheless seeks to avoid unnecessary republication of personal contact information.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, email, security, hosting, or owner authentication, and may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site or its users, address abuse, or preserve evidence.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably useful for the purpose for which it was provided, site administration, evidentiary integrity, dispute preservation, or legal obligations. A request to correct or delete information can be sent to owner@cantricecourt.org. A deletion request may not be honored where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, preservation, security, or the integrity of a published evidentiary record.
California privacy notice
This is an independent, noncommercial owner-information website. California Business and Professions Code section 22575 expressly applies to operators of commercial websites or online services that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers. This policy is posted voluntarily as a transparency and risk-reduction measure and should not be read as an admission that the site is a commercial website or that any particular privacy statute applies.
Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Privacy questions, correction requests, or concerns about published personal information may be sent to owner@cantricecourt.org.
