The Association’s financial records already document $20,382.40 in attorney/legal-services expense through August 31, 2026. At the September 29 meeting, President Mark Reynders referenced approximately $23,000 and $27,000 figures during the legal-spending discussion. Management separately stated that the Association was approximately $43,000 over budget. Mark also stated that approximately $1,700 related to preparation of the Association’s new communications policy.
